No you won't be able to do it, in order to lean them out enough without a piggy back you will have to run a very low fuel pressure and it still won't run any good, the stock ecu will not be able to compensate for injectors that large, I was able to run a set of 360cc injectors with the stock ecu and under normal driving the stock ecu was able to lean them out but under wide open throttle the car would run very rich, now I have 440cc injectors and he car would not even start until I tuned them with my emanage.

with the piggyback to back control down the 440cc's yes... that's the way to do it
as for the fpr... if you are using a fuel pump that is 190lph or higher (flow) the stock fpr has to be replaced. the fpr is subjective only to the fuel pump not to the injectors.
i've had a gst/gsx pump being regulated by the stock fpr, i was also running 4 440cc's at that time

With a piggyback, you can tune them down. Well, as long as the piggyback will pull up to 50% out.
Or, you can lower the fuel pressure a bit, then only pull out like 40%.

I have the 440's with an SAFC. It should be set at -48%. It ran perfect during idle. The fuel trims acted like they were stock injectors.
Something was wrong with your setup.
