But I've got a 96 & it's a 2.0?

OK so this is mine KMHKG31FPVU10204 and it's a 96 Tibby with a 2.0

On a side note how much does a can of ceramic based spray run at an auto parts store. I would like to do a black ceramic coat on them myself.

local autoparts store, usually runs about 5$.. i would get that thing sandblasted before you bother coating it though..
heres a couple things i did in black ceramic coat.. the turbo is semi gloss black, and the turbo mani is flat black.

OEM ugliness
pic was taken after my accident. hence the damage. you can see where its a 2 piece design midway down. you can also see the o2 sensor bung and o2 i had to install on the 1.8 manifold to use on my 2.0. (the 1.8 primary o2 is located where my secondary was)

Yea the one in the junkyard looks really wicked, its still in 2 pipes as it goes underneath the engine. I hope i can get it tommorrow. BTW i have also heard that there is a difference in mating of the header and exhaust from RD1 to RD2, in that an RD2 has 3 bolts and the RD1 has 2, am i gonna have an issue bolting the flexpipe to the rest of the exhaust?

it will not just bolt up. the 1.8 is shorter in design, being that it also has the cat located under the car. since my 2.0 didnt have a cat down there, i had to bend up a foot long chunk of pipe with two slight bends to match it up, but the OEM 1.8 manifold did have a 2 bolt flange, as did my stock 2.0 cat back, so i just cut off the flange on the manifold, welded my extension piece, then welded the old flange to the end of the extension. so its still fully removable like stock.
also, one of the flange's was turned a bit, when the other was flat. (if that makes sense) so even if the length was correct, it wouldnt have bolted up without the flange being turned and re-welded.
