No, I'm an idiot and said they'd take 20 minutes. The truth of it is that I know my car well enough to grab every random tool I know I'll need, and get it done. Notice there are no gaurds under the engine in the pics, or most of what everyone else will be removing piece by piece. It took me maybe 25 minutes today. I actually did it without removing the powersteering. I just took out the top two bolts from the power steering bracket, and loosened the third below. With the pump bolt loosened, I just pushed it all the way up, and then pulled the whole bracket towards the passenger fender, it the Header slid right into place. I garuntee even with stock fans this will fit up to the head perfectly. I was worried about the oil pan, but after I tightened the bolts, everything was good and far away from it.

Sound wise... I'm dying right now knowing I cant make a sound clip. What should I do to get one? I have sound and video, and I cant use it!!! I'll figure it out, but at least before I do, I can tell you, that's a mean growl considering its all stock exhaust from a 00-01 Tib. I'll make sure to get the clip now, and then after I have my straight race pipes on so you can hear the diff. wink1.gif

Could those possibly come ceramic-coated?

Ceramic coat those b****es and sell some of them for $100 more!! Plus, the ceramic coating will definitely get rid of any buzz..
