Looks like the same from xs-power.co.uk

But I don't think you would get + 15hp with just this putting under a tib.. right?

Generally speaking, this isn't a catback. It's a full exhaust system, even if it does start from the first cat. A catback should start from the second cat halfway under the car.

And you won't fail emissions because you are leaving the first cat on the headers. But you may get a CEL.

Thats true in general. He is going turbo though so he is going to need that second cat for emissions.

no, you wont get 15hp from just bolting this up to the tib.. yes, its a better design than stock, but its also not much bigger than stock.

hmm. i really didn't know that jon. .i always figured if it was behind any cat it would be a catback system. i thought a full exhaust system would be from manifold back..

i would just go with a custom 2.5" press bent system, and go under the axle. that would be a very cheap route also. you can just use mild steel and coat it with some high temp paint. as long as you don't scrape it, you shouldn't have to worry much about rust..

speaking of emissions, imma have to keep my tib registered in michigan until i find a shop that will fake my emissions test.. i have no cats on my car, and no sections that i can just remove to put a cat in its place so it would cost a good chunk to throw a cat on my car.

in many vases and most states, a CEL is automatic failure for emissions. plus if it does throw a CEL then it won't be running right and your injectors will be spraying at default based from MAF data and one other alternate sensor i think intake pressure.

also depends on how many cats you have and how you decide to build it up. my car only had one cat up top. i just bought a high flow cat (i'd recommend magnaflow) and put it in the place of the rd2 with one sensor before and one sensor after.

i have an under axle. no it won't scrape anything at all. SOCKS is right also no need to coat mild steel. just some high temp paint you can spray on there if you like. i've had mine bare a good 3 sum years with no rusting. you always want your exhaust hot for the sensors and cat to work as well.
