ima get the oddyssey 680 and if it doesnt seem to hold up for DD, ill go with a jongtr optima/oddyssey pair. one for the track, and one for dd.
I doubt the oddyssey will be a problem, i dont listen to the radio with the car off, and i ripped my amp/sub out because i got into the weight reduction so i dont have any extra electrical demands.</div>
I am still running the 925cca hawker/odessy... no problems in almost three years... and I even shorted it out once (dropped a crow bar onto the top of the engine in my bimmer after tightening the fan belts and it touched the positive terminal without my knowing it.. battery was DEAD!) and I was able to jump it and it has been perfectly fine.
I also look at it this way.. I work at the Borgata Casino Hotel and Spa in Atlantic City, we use Hawker Odessy batteries in the electric forklifts.

See, I want to get one of the oddesy batteries, they are tiny and LIGHT compared to these Optima's. I will soon, that's for sure, but I want to run it in my trunk and don't have the money for a battery relocation kit yet.

they weigh less&are more powerful than the yellow tops.
they look better and dont have ill-placed secondary terminals like the red-tops.</div>
Yup. Taht's why I got mine. I hate trying to wire stuff to normal battery terminals, the Blue Top is definately ricer friendly.
Whups.
LOL
XXX, I'llh ave to check those out. How heavy are they?
