I drive it all year round, well we don't have snow here, the coldest we get is like 12°C but that with the 94%+ humidity rate feels very cold, of course not cold enough to freeze anything; in summer the hottest we get is 34°C which is HOT!
I wouldn't stop to drive my Tib unless it was unsafe fot it to do it, I like it a lot.

I drive my Tib the entire year when I can...There were quite a few times I had to take out my dad's truck though because the snow was too high in the driveway and I didn't have time to shovel it before school/work. Here in the Poconos...we get some serious snow, and the Tib doesn't have the most ground clearance in the world...

I drive mine just about every day, to and from work and around town, I'm running a turbo and nitrous with my stock motor with 48,000 on it and never had any problems at all. If it snows I use my 95 jeep cherokee and for the long family trips we use our 99 chrysler concorde. The farthest I ever drove the tib was 250 miles away from home to go see my parents and I only did that twice cause that is what the other cars are for. I guess I just really don't do much driving, my jeep only has 52,000 miles on it and the Concorde only has 32,000 miles on it.
