Says it gives you 4-10 HP to the wheels. Anyone believe it/used it? I'm thinking about buying a can. its only like 10$... Worth a try maybe....
What do you guys think?

If your MAF was dirty enough to get hp gains from that it would throw a CEL and your car would run like crap. And if it is dirty, some cheaper cleaner would work just as well.

go to the nearest auto parts store of your choice and buy "contact cleaner". You don't need an overpriced specialized version of contact cleaner.
if you run an oil based air cleaner, it may help a bit because the oil sometimes gets in there and messes with the MAF.
