Crazy Rattle, Please Help!

If you can get the noise while the car is stationary you are way ahead in the game so that's great!
If the bolts aren't too rusted-solid, unbolt the exhaust and pull the whole thing off. That eliminates the exhaust as a source of noise. . . and slightly complicates hearing it if the noise is not louder than the new exhaust pipe-free exhaust.
If you can get the noise while the exhaust is still cool enough to touch, put your hand on the pipe where you think the source of the noise may be. You'll either feel or stop the rattle. Pay special attention to connection points in the pipe and mounting locations. You might also have the pipes hitting the car, if they are not stock. Check for good clearance all the way around the pipe, and verify the hangers aren't hitting the body instead of the rubber mounts (due to crazy angles on the hangers).

I got the resonator welded. Still a minor rattle can hear it in the cabin right above the shifter as well. I can also hear it from the outside of the car. There is a minor exhaust leak near the flange that connects the mid-pipe to the cat. I can feel the exhaust coming out of the flange while the car is on. Any suggestions?

crazy.gif Hello? Seriously, get the exhaust sealed up pronto! If you sit in traffic you'll be breathing your own exhaust vapors! Is it possible you are hearing the exhaust leak?
If you mean that welding the resonator fixed the problem somewhat, what was wrong with the resonator?
Just what sort of setup are you running for an exhaust anyway? What manifold, what pipes, made by whom, with what mods done to the pipes?
