Re: About ARK
question... my CEL is on and it gave a p0441-emmissions leak code... the guy at autozone said there's no leak in the vaccuum tubes so to spray TB cleaner around my gaskets to check for a leak there, will that be ok? will that work?

CEL -p0441/emmissions leak... T/B cleaner?
Hey I just got the 0442 code the other day (same basic thing I believe). My leak was from the gas cap (I think)..... Didn't screw the biatch on all the way (it was loose when I checked it).

I've filled up the tank since it came on and tightened my gas cap then disconnected the battery to reset it. It just came right back on.

*SOLD* FS:Knox's OEM Shark Wing, 1 left, put on Ebay
you guys are shooting in the wrong direction
the guy at autozone mis informed you
the emissions system leak you have is in your EVAP system...
it means your gas tank is not staying pressurized within the limits the ECU wants, aka you are letting gas evaporate into the atmosphere...
i dont know how to trouble shoot this other then take it to an emissions testing station and having them compress your tank to verfiy it is a leak and not just a bad sensor *the purge valve sensor*
hope this helps.
p.s. here is what i found on the HMA site
http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/iindex.a...1555#_394891555
Fuel filler cap loose or missing
Fuel filler cap o-ring missing or damaged
Faulty or damaged fuel filler pipe
Leaking, disconnected or plugged fuel vapor lines
Fuel in lines due to faulty rollover valve, on-board refueling vapor recovery valve or CCV stuck closed
Canister close valve clogged, stuck open or closed
Improperly installed purge solenoid valve
PCSV stuck open or closed
Faulty fuel tank pressure sensor
Leaking canister or catch tank

Re: IM BACK! 12" sub help
My car is sitting at the dealer right now. I spoke with them and they said they have come up with a couple things wrong a misfire, and bad crank sensor. Oy, I don't know what those are all about but I'm not liking the sound of it.
