Fun fact: if your fueling was way off because of the bad O2 sensor, it could have killed your brand-new catalytic converter. 02.gif

High flow cat may not remove enough of the bad stuff to make the secondary o2 sensor happy.

It's probably your cat. Most of the people here have always had a hard time finding aftermarket cats that are good enough to not trip up that code (yes, even magnaflows).
I have a magnaflow that barely works (it tripped up the code once or twice but once I cleared it was ok for a long while).

You can use a spark plug non-fouler to install the secondary O2 slightly outside of the stream and trick the ECU this way, DTN did this on his.

Never use cheapo Magnaflow cats. They SUCK! Get a high quality one from Random Technology Cat and you'll never had that problem again.
