Default Re: Fuel Pump Uprgrade

Ok so i went to work and now I am back and the site was changing (I like it).
Sorry if the answer was posted before but I was at work.
The questions were:

What type of O2 sensor should I get?
Where to get it?
How much for it?
and Is it hard to replace by yourself?

Sorry for having to post this again but maybe it will help someone later.
Thanks

Just get an o2 sensor from like checker or napa.. Your gonna pay w/e they want.. You could probably goto a dealership and pay a bit more, even though I dunno if itll be worth it.. And replacing the o2 sensor isnt more than unplugging and unscrewing it, and doing the reverse.. I didnt see the other post so Im not sure which o2 needs to be replaced, or if you have 2.. You might have to take off the manifold heat shield if you replace the first one..

Easiest way to get it off is to use some Croal (think i spelled it right) and let it sit for about 30 minutes. After that it is fairly easy to get off with a wrench.

Ok. If I have any problems with it, I have got friends that can help me out.

Last nite I put some nice scuffs down the driver side of my car. 02.gif And marked my new wheels a little. All because I didn't want to hit a groundhog. evil.gif

Yea but whats done is done. The scuffs can be buffed out i think. Didn't take paint off, but just marked it.
