So Here is my set up.
Header - first o2 sensor - High Flow Cat - second 02 sensor - rest of exhaust
So after I extened my O2 sensor correctly past the cat, I have gotten code: P0422 ( Main Catalyst below threashold)
What does that mean exactly? Is it TOO high flow for it? No its not installed backwards, there is an arrow and its pointing the correct direction. The sensor about the same distance away from the cat is if it were stock, maybe an inch or two more. Got any idea's?
Thanks guys!

just go to Autozone and have them delete the code.
That's it. it is like one time thing that pops up at certain mileage.
it happened to me, and i just deleted the code.

I get that code in the winter, only when starting on cold mornings. On wamer days it goes away after a few restarts. I believe it's due to the second O2 sensor not reaching operating temperature fast enough.

Bump! Erased the code came back within two days. What wires have to do with this? The signal wire? Or the two heater wires? Would moving my sensor closer to the cat do anything for it?
