Vehicle: 2001 Hyundai Tiburon
cd player = fixed, blown fuse
sunroof/upper interior lights = still not working
no voltage reading coming out of the fuse box

Double check fuse 6, that feeds the lights and controls the relay for the sunroof motor. Don't just replace the fuse, check the old one to see if it is blown. You can replace a fuse with a good one, and it can blow right away if there is a problem... Then you're sitting there thinking "What the hell, I just put in a new fuse, so that must be good" when in fact it blew the moment you installed it.

Everythings fixed now.
Fuses were replaced and yup, it was #6 fuse
Rather it was the sunroof/interior light fuse
It was wierd because the fuses just went out and stopped working all at the same time, but the fuses were not blown, it tricked me this time
