MAF sensor could be dirty, as it was laying under my hood unhooked for about 8 months. what have ya'll found best to clean it with?

O'rielly's or any local parts shop should have CRC maf sensor cleaner it is specifically for the maf and works very well .do this and reset the ecu by disconnecting the battery and turning on the hazards while it is still disconnected.
