Ok so when I start up my car I hear a clicking sound, first thought was a belt, but I have not known them to click, second thought was a bearing. Suggestions on how to isolate maybe what bearing or even belt needs to be replaced, IE water pump, power steering ect?

Most likely your hydralic lifters are doing that. In the winter months it tends to be a little more commen with my tib as well.
you can try runing 5-w30 for the winter months to help with that.

Where is the sound coming from? Is it from the area where the belts and pulleys are, or near the drivers side strut.
Does the click speed up when you rev it up?
Once you find out the area where it's coming from, take a long extension or a screw driver and start placing it directly on parts (injector, MAF, etc), then put your ear on the extension. If you can match the ticking you hear in the engine bay to the ticking you hear off of your extension/screw driver, there is the problem. That's an ease way to figure it out.
First things first though, tell us where it's coming from.

Lower end of engine, or near the top? Is it more the valve cover making noise, or like the pulley area? Have you ever replaced/tightened belts?
So far it sounds like a bearing could be bad or a pulley might be loose.

It isnear the top of the pulley area, and no have not replaced belts. Checked belt though and tight but not too tight, little play like should be.

You may need a stethoscope to isolate the noise. I had a problem like that once that I could not figure out. I got the stethoscope out and found out that my alternator was making the noise. I'm going to replace it because it's annoying.
