it does it from 200-3500 rpms i just got new plugs and wires today so i will see if that helps. i will go take a look at my tps and get it replaced thanks.

honestly. my TPS is trash.. been that way for a couple of years now. Just no time to do without the car and I do not trust my dealership, they always mess with my car. Even with an idle that hunts for about a minute before settling down, I do not have these kinds of lack of power or surging...

your car an auto?

Personally, I think it was plugs and wires. The fact that it happened on a wet and rainy day makes it really sound like them.
