I can about guarantee it's your TPS. Go out and look at the brand name on it. Dae Sung I bet.
Go to hyundai and they'll replace it for free to the Kiefco.

Change plugs/wires.
Make sure the tps isn't loose, and if you have a dae sung tps, go to the dealer and get it fixed for free, tell them it was a tsb (which it was) and they should give you the better kefico tps.
