B12 for your fuel, I've used Seafoam in my fuel before and it didn't seem to help at all.
Seafoam should help your TB/Intake/Head a LOT though, but you need to use it correctly. I've got the spray version of it here and will be trying it out soon, at least to help clean the head some, but my IM/TB are spotless.

I've rocked some seafoam spray and the seafoam liquid for cleaning deposits. B-12 is for the gas tank. Seafoam is supposed to be for that as well, but I find that seafoam is not as good as B-12 as an injector/fuel system cleaner. Seafoam works great for a flush a few miles before an oil change as well.
Seafoam robs power when you add it to the gas...... at least that's what my butt dyno says.

Empty, then fill it about half-way.
Easiest point for Seafoam is removing the idle air hose. Brake booster is run off of a single intake runner on our cars.
Seafoam spray works quite well. Just did it a couple nights ago. It fogged up my apartment complex pretty well.

B12 Chemtool is cheap at Walmart. I usually buy 2 or 3 cans at a time, for my 2 vehicles.
Every 4 to 6 tanks of gas, when the gas level is below 1/4, I pour in a can, then fill it up.
