Looks like its cheap as hell. The blades look plastic or something. But if i Took that Blade out and put in a metal one could it work? or is this just a rip?

thought you had been here long enough to know those things are junk. If anything all they do is set up a restriction in your intake that takes AWAY performance rather than producing it...
