I installed a pacesetter cat-back and obx headers.. i can tell the difference. and i did the resonator removal diy. i am planning on getting a CAI on the 15th. Im just wondering if you guys think that without the CAI if the exhaust i put on it is actually using its full potential without the CAI?

If you're going to go with an aftermarket CAI, AEM is the way to go.

A CAI will definately help out. Make sure you get an AEM or similar intake that places the filter in the fenderweld.

Today a RD1 Tib passed me by while my windows were open and the Tib had a few AEM decals on his windows and a shark spoiler and you could hear the difference in the sound in the engine. It's much deeper and aggressive.

$230 is too much. Mine cost $161.57 on ebay. (+$15 shipping +$5 insurance = $181.57 total)

I installed it just this Sunday and there is a deeper sound coming from it now. I'm very happy with it.

Awesome. The next step is the ordering... where should I order it from?

If you can find a used one, I'd do that. Otherwise, support the vendors that support us!

Order it from either Ebay, or from a reputable company.
try not to go through the middle man - the middle man always wants a piece of the pie $$

I dunno , get it from where ever you can find a decent price wink1.gif

Ebay is a good start.

Also, check your local shops... I got mine for $190.00 shipped there, and it eliminates that chance of those pesky Ebayers not sending you your product and going through hell.
