Well if you throw enough resources (money) at any car it can run 12.0 BTW the NA 13.0 ET is crazyness. Whos got an NA Tib runnin 13.0. That would be quite a feat. I do believe that for that kind of money turbo makes more sense

AirRam IM
BBTB (68-70 mm)
3" Mandrel-bent Catback exhaust
Speed Factor Extreme Turbo Kit (minus the SAFC II)
Haltech E6X
Wiseco Forged Low Comp Turbo Pistons
Pauter 4340 Billet Rods
Tigerlily Forged Crankshaft
Quaife LSD
A good shop that can install the engine internals, install and program the standalone ECU, and can properly tune the whole thing.

i just ran a 14.1 with a t3/4 on street tyres 17's and is not lowered running 12psi.

you would need slicks/race tyres on the front for sure + an LSD i couldn't up my boost as it was pointless for i could not get any traction past that point.

a 13sec na tib >>the money spent on that you could probley run a 11sec forced for the same price. smile.gif

12's are possible your gonna have to turbo it and either run a REALLY hi psi or juice the mofo to get there.

I'm feeling a spray to spool on atleast a mid size t4.

plus lsd, traction bars and slicks.

there's alot of work involved in getting to that point and its going to cost you ATLEAST 10g's to do it right. "lol i feel like i just posted something out of the fast and the furious haha"

N/A 13.0 isn't possible. The Beta isn't a good enough platform to run those kinds of numbers, no matter what you do. Tuned as close to detonation as possible with high compression, extremely high cams, and flowing well, I don't see a Beta making over 200whp. You might run a 13.8 flat on slicks for 8 grand.

I don't see a 12 sec Tibby either...although its possible. You would need the engine blueprinted, and from what I've seen of the Tib's guts... new pistons, new rods, new rings, new axles, get rid of the open differential, new suspension.

From there, you could run a T3/T04E from Tim to high 12s on slicks on the right track. The major obstacle with the Tib is FWD. FWD cars can't get to low numbers. Full-out FWD track cars can barely break into the 9s... I'm assuming we are talking about a street car here. There is a lot of difference between a track car and a street car.

For a comparison, I'm running 12.5 on street tires on the GSX. 16G turbo @ 23PSI at the track... I think I am nearing the efficiency of that turbo, which is why I don't run more than that. AWD is the major factor that lets me do that. Traction is everything. The difference between me running 1.6 60' times not launching hard at all and FWD cars with the same power as me running 2.1 60' times makes a huge difference. Thats a half second I have on the Tib in the first 60'.

My bad...I thought they were talking about turbo.
I havn't heard of anyone running 13's N/A myself..maybe in Korea?
