current and coming up on 1 decade of ownership is my 02 Accent! Heavily modified with OEM parts and a few aftermarket parts. Beta swapped and California smog legal, the only one I know of and it was alot of work to get there.
My previous car was a 91 4 door Excel. When the automatic transmission went out at 150K or so I bought my Accent. I wasnt really into car repairs other then basic tune up stuff and brakes. I bought the Accent for the 10 year 100K warranty so I didnt have to deal with any breakdowns at my cost. Little did I know surfing the net I found 1sickGS's car online and I was bitten by the mod bug. 3 years later I voided my warranty and did the beta swap.
