I'm thinking of fitting a Aftermarket rad. But i was worried about coolant hose sizes and if flexible enough.

You can get aftermarket radiator hoses. If you get an aftermarket radiator that's made for your car, the hoses will fit.

If you buy an aftermarket radiator not made for your car, you have to worry about radiator support, mounts, and coolant reservoir in addition to the hoses reaching where they're suppose to.

Generic flexible tubes are also available in case nothing pre-molded will work. Stainless braided lines may also get you there but talk about a hassle.

I mounted a V6 radiator in my I4 Genesis Coupe and had to find a custom lower hose. I was lucky that a local store had one that would work. But if you have an idea of the dimensions needed Dayco has a look up site.
