QUOTE
It needed some work to make it fit properly.

Mario,
The Zefiro kit didn't fit properly, how, I need to know because I have a Zefiro kit coming end of this week and going to the shop for paint and installation next Wednesday. I need to know what adjustments had to be made so I can inform my mechanic ahead of time, so I can save him from having headaches on the day of the installation and save myself from him charging me for the extra hours of labor.

NeAh, the spacer is the replacement cylinder head gasket. It lowers the compression ratio to reduce the chance of predetonation. You could probably use a different gasket if it has similar specs but it's supplied with the kit anyhow.

You can also use your stock head for decent boost...I'm considering buying Endyne pistons though.

Hey guys thanks!!!

Some answers to questions, some were responded right but will include them:

1. Yes the spacer goes instead of the regular head gasket, it is a metal spacer which is thicker than stock.

2. Yes I used a digicam but it seems quality is not that great, tried to use the smallest files posible.

3. The spanish is great thanks!! Its always nice to see your native language in a forum!
It means "well done. That I like it, I like it" and then "how do you like the boost". Well I love the boost and the torque it is really another type of car, at the begining I got lost with my gearbox, there was no sixth but my but ask me to change to a higher gear. (just cruising not at redline)

4. Zefiro Kit fitted Ok but some adjusting and some bolts, glue and some reshaping (sanding) etc. was needed to make it fit as a glove. Still find some distances that are not the same one side than another (air ducts) but in general with patience you get a wonderful looking car.

5. Power rating is at 225-230 at 10lbs with stantard filter box and standard cat back and muffler. I can increase boost with the EVC valve but I have to install after the wreck. I have seen tibs at 16lbs. How high can it go before detonation starts don't know, I will continue to test and see. Maybe my turbo can not that much higher due to design, I dont know yet. Still some tricks left to increase boost like water or meth injection.

Hey Speed, good spanish dude!

I will post some more as I test
