believe you can swap the 1.8 rods into the 2.0 for lower comp ratio. that would help you to be able to use more boost.

just do it then

its a 80 dollar mod and if you have it apart might as well add a little bit of hp

on a NA motor the "gain" seen is that it seems to have top end power pull a little higher up top

you dont need cam gears or anything else

as stated before, instead of spending money on cams, and gears and other "small mods" like that, you will see alot more gains if you build your fuel system up a little more to handle more boost

spend money on mods to add boost and dont worry about any other mod, the stock cams are GREAT for boost

the exhaust cam is the same and ive read it advances timing by 6degrees so what gains/ difference will that really make and is this really even worth while as anyone done it on a boosted beta yet and i plan on rebuilding my motor with all forged internals this summer and i was gunna do the cam swap while i was at it

dude...you will not even notice any gains on a turbo engine, save that money and puts towards something that will give you gains...ie aftermarket cams, fuel upgrades, turbo upgrade...something that would actual yield some power

yea i have plans for aem fuel system stand greddy emanage i already have dsm injectors and a t3 turbo im prolly gunna build up with those hwarange pistons and kspec valves and i have to find some good forged rods i think kspec had some and maybe a water methanol kit (; whoknows im hoping for 350 someday but i may use the cam anyways its only 125 from kspec and any other aftermarket cams are around 500 id rather put that towards m fuel system
