Cat-back exhausts are almost nil, maybe 2hp at most?
You guys have to realize that the fully built N/A Tiburons in Korea are making about 190whp. These are motors with the full quad throttlebody setup, standalone engine management, cams that don't idle below 1500RPM's, cylinder heads ported with a hole saw (well, not really, but you get the idea) and static compression ratios into the 12's or 13's.
BETA engines make very little horsepower normally aspirated. Don't get your hopes too high up... The last time I checked, I was the fastest N/A person in a Tiburon, and I barely broke a 14.9 ONCE in that trim. A 75 shot of nitrous on a stock motor will clear better times than me, and be $1000 less expensive.
