Paid $3.98/gallon this morning for 87 octane!



When the hell is the government gonna step in and help the US citizens so prices will start to fall? If prices are this much now, I'm cringing at what they are going to be in a month after Memorial Day.

Last time prices were this high, the government did step in and released some reserves which helped for a little bit. I'm surprised though that this isnt in the news more because last time, people were outraged over the prices. Maybe people are now more accepting to the fact that prices are what they are, and theres nothing that can really be done about it too much.



BTW...prices here range between $3.85-3.95 for 87. I'm guessing by Memorial Day, we'll see $4.50 easily.
