Anyone ever driven their cars to the point where the gas light came on? I did it last night and thank goodness I made it to a gas station because I thought for sure I was gonna run out. I normally never let my tank get below a quarter tank but this was an exception.

ive driven roughly 15 miles with it on before but dont recommend it lol

 

I do pretty regularly lol.

I've gone over 30 miles with the light on, but I wasn't happy about it. Made it though.

 

When I had my talon I literally coasted into the gas station. Fuel pump was whining like crazy.

 

I've done it 3 times since I bought the car in 01. Was on the highway and took it another 35-40 miles... it comes on at 2 gallons... if you are that low, just dont take the turns too fast...
