Engine Bay
After 9 years of modding, the engine bay is scratched all to hell, and holes were made for modifications I no longer need or want. It looks like hammered sh*t now.
I've thought this over for a few weeks and still can't decide what to do about it. Should I have the holes filled and the bay repainted professionally to match, or should I fill the holes myself and use the spray on black bedliner stuff? I'm really leaning towards doing it myself since I don't want to put a lot of cash into it. And the bedliner would help protect it from future work I do.
Any thoughts or other ideas?

If you think you can handle it yourself...def give it a shot. smile.gif You're pulling the engine to do the work, right? An empty bay will be super easy to work on versus trying to get around the engine and components.

Engine/tranny is out, along with some reservoirs and harnesses out of the way.
So you're voting for black bedliner on my red car?

a local guy here gave me a price of 200 to professionally spray the engine bay in any color i wanted, he showed me his personal truck (candy apple green) and the bedliner was damn near the same exact color, just flat of course

I'd have to tow it to the shop though. There's a body shop real close to my house. I'll see how much they charge.
