pretty much correct, boot FWR and you'll pull it straight, but if you're not turned enough when you put the power down you'll understeer wide.

Eh that is more of a problem with poorly balanced RWD cars or Midengine RWD cars. My MR2 was super fun in the turns but if you tried to get it to do too much you where going the rest of the way backwards. Now the RX7s firebirds mustangs if you go through the turn and need to correct it you stomped the gas and modulated the front wheels to initiate a proper drift just make sure you don't allow your rear to pass the front, then you can spin out but most FR cars give you plenty of warning before this happens. The Saab and the Tib you stomp on and if you loose traction you slide up in the turn left off the gas you slide down but unless you are trying to manuever the car with the brake or ebrake generally you shouldn't spin out in a ff car.
