I had one elantra owner pass me then slow back down next to me and i got the "in awe" look. Its like the guy had no idea that you could mod hyundai lol



GK/FL owners have no love, i even try and give them a and get shot down with the look. Then they proceed to run a gear, and realize that they're still behind me lol.



I'm sorry to those that take offense, but those v6's are nothing more than extra weight

 

I wave or try to acknowledge all RD1's and RD'2 because they are more rare. I see GK's everywhere. And I am too lazy to pay attention to other models.

 

^I totally agree. The GK's are also generic-looking, like some Toyota or Scion design. I think the GK generation really gave us a terrible reputation in terms of owners and divided the community in half. The '00+ generation overall was bland and basic rental-car looking. A long ways away from the flamboyant, exciting muscular 90's era. I consider it a big step backwards, tarnishing the Hyundai name for all of us.





I'm totally in agreement with this. WTF happened to the fun awesome generation of the 4G63 Elantras? They could have easily thrown that, or something cooler, Turbocharged and a lot of modding potential into the New Tiburons. It would have built a name. Instead it created a bunch of toolbags.

 

I reckon round these parts most people just aren't very nice sometimes even down right hateful but what you gonna do. S

I seriously tried to wave at other tibby owners and get the I don't know what gives but the autocross club I am with waves at each other all the time.
