It's a button on the firewall that gets pushed down by the clutch pedal. You can either tape it down (ghetto) or jump the wires. Either way it's not really recommended. If I were you, I'd wire it to a toggle switch that you can use when needed.
All you need to do is stick your head under your dash, find the button on the back of the clutch pedal. The button screws right out, thus exposing the wires. Though I have not done this on my Tib, I have taken it apart on several different cars, all of which were the same.
