Got pulled over by a seargent. Gave me a ticket for my exhaust, tint, blue turn signals, and for having an object hanging from my rear view mirror (just an air freshener). He was in a pretty bad mood when he walked up to the window, so I knew I was pretty much screwed. Thank California Highway Patrol for taking your bad day out on me.

 

For having something hanging on your rearview?? Really??

Did he measure your exhaust? Was it because of loudness or no cat? Did he have a device to record how loud it was? If not it's his word vs yours, which gets you nowhere in court.

Did he measure your window tint? If not, he can only give you a warning to get it fixed, unless you already had one.

Blue turn signals... Sorry man, that one's all yours. Blue is illegal on the road, and IMO looks super ricey.

The mirror thing sucks, but I'm guessing your exhaust is probably not CARB certified, right? I'm guessing your tint also is not legal and blue turn signals aren't legal in any state. Again, the mirror this was BS, could have just asked you to remove it, but as for the other stuff... Can't really complain about getting a ticket for illegal stuff.
