I'd say that www.hdkautosport.com is a good start other than that I really don't know.
So far my favorite hood vents are the ones that are on the DTM turboed and DTM kitted Tibs. Tho I have no idea where I could get them.

For "install guides", do you mean how to get it flush with your hood, or where to put it on your hood?
Pretty much any "how to bondo" guide would work for the flush mounting part..
