I wish I knew. I want it. Now. Not last month, not next month. I'm patient. Very patient. This is getting silly though, I could care less what the dyno says on it, I just want the product that was promised to be finished by now.
If I can't get the product right now I can understand overseas shipping, contracts, other foul ups...
But at least talk to the people you're supposed to be supporting about the item. Keep us calm and up to date, we'll understand. Ignoring everyone asking about your products, especially when everyone knows these threads are getting read by people that know what's going on is silly.

no they have not started from scratch
i got to test the 1st prototype,.. it rocked
I know there was a 2nd prototype,... SR just wants to ensure that it gives its customers THE BEST intake out there
Im proud of SR for its continued prototyping,... it shows that they care about the performance side of their product, instead of just making an intake in one day like other companies.
I guarantee it will be worth the wait
The 1st prototype sounded bad ass, so im pretty sure the final will be A LOT better

It's better to have the best quality than to rush and get something that might not be as good as it could /should be... I'll wait for as long as it takes--I think its good that SR keeps testing it out and making it better...

Same for me, I WILL wait, but I'd still like to know what's going on. At least the PAID members should get notice eh?

Subject: Product question.
Hello, all of us would like to know when the SR CAI is coming out. We've been asking in the fourms for awhile with no answer. I'm patient, I just want to know when so I can make sure everything is ready.
Also, the last newsletter that was sent out I did not get. Can you send me a copy please?
Lastly, is a new members site being worked on? Ordring and stuff I mean?
Thank you for your help.

Here was the answer. I love how ... short they are.
As the webpage for the CAI states, it should be ready the first couple weeks of June. By members site, do you mean ordering pages? There will be a new one sometime this summer after the website is redesigned.
Thanks,
Customer Service
When did they do the page? It wasn't up a few days ago and this makes it sound like I'm an idiot for asking, it's been up for months!
Here's the webpage and what it says...
CAI Webpage

2001-2003 Hyundai Elantra

The first ones to come out will be the Tiburon and Elantra Cold Air Intakes. They will go on sale around the second week of June.
