gm syncromesh from any gm dealer

the stuff rocks

i also recommend redline mt-90 but its harder to find

I would say the Redline mt90 with some Lucas stabilizer just to make sure everything is working good (same thing I have in my tranny right now).

I can get the synchromesh and the Redline at Autozone. I recommend both.
