Anyone ever get shit from the HONDA crew?
evil.gif evil.gif just b/c ts not a honda tiburons will never look good or just as fast as there cars? I mean i beat hondas around my town, except for the well built ones. But still just b/c it isnt a honda or mitis. they give alot of shit.

 

It's something that comes with the territory. When Honda's first started showing up, they went through the same thing. Or so I have heard. How about having your freind record you next time you are at the track, that way you can show them. wink1.gif

You know, I used to hear the same shit, till I beat a few folks. Then guys would want to know what was under my hood. What kind of car was that? I'd tell them and they'd say, wow, Hyundai is making nice cars now. Or something like... "Stock? Is that the name of a new nos system?"

It's the price you pay to save some money and be unique. I think the tib has much more personality than even the Lancers.

 

part of the price you pay for driving a different car. REAL car guys (and gals) will appreciate ANY car that is built right and performs. They may not like it.. but they will give you props for doing a good job. Ricers.. well I have yet to meet one that can see past the end of their car's nose.
