When should I change th belt?
Is there tensioners? As I would replace these with the belt.
Is it a diy?

I believe timing belts last up to 60K miles until it should be swapped out for a new one

Why don't you replace them? Many peeps told me that while everything is apart it's worth it to just replace them. Of course they were on mitsu 4g63 sohc amd mazdas etc.

I meant is this something you can do yourself or is it worth paying the ass load of money to have it done?

How experienced are you under the hood? You should be able to do this on your own IMO. (the timing belt)

60 thousand is when they recommend.. as for the tensioners... they seem to last forever on our cars. Though, I am going to replace mine when I redo my belt in anoteher 10thousand.
