Taking out IM studs?
How do you replace IM studs, so you can replace them with longer one? How do you find out what size IM studs you have? Whats the easist way to measure them?

Do a search for Phenolic Spacer for the past like 30 days and you'll find your answer.
I belive Random said at least 10 MM.

Double threaded studs? The best way without damaging them is usually to thread two nuts on and tighten them against each other, then use the inner one (or outer one if the other half is reverse threaded) to loosen the stud from its socket.
Hmmm, did I explain that clearly?

This is the way I did it. Our stock studs are 6mm diameter. How long you want to go depends on how thick the spacer you plan on using is.Double threaded studs? Also, on the head I used as a tester, the "thread hole" in the head was about .75" deep, but the bolt only threaded in .25".
The units I am going to reccomend as replacements are going to be 15 to 20mm longer. That way you can thread more bolt into the head, but still have plenty of bolt sticking out for the phenlic spacer.

A stud remover. A cam lock style. They're usually not cheap though. A crafstman one is like 25 bucks.
