Actually, we have a guy coming on here soon from Trinidad to talk about this.

I guess it's a very common swap down there.

Maybe we can get them to sell some premade mounts?

Are the mounts very different? My main concern here is the mounting work.

And why do I need custom axles?

correct me if im wrong.
sr20det is REAR wheel drive? (thus custom axles)

this guy and that other guy who wants to sleeve the beta...

if you want a sr20det, get a nissan man.

for what its worth, if they do this swap a lot in trinidad (i have never heard of it), i think it would be a BAD idea to see if someone could get parts. i remember a guy in south africa who promised a lot of things.
i've seen the hyundai tuner "community" get taken for thousands of dollars of useless crap and people are out there trying to scam every day.

lets go with people we trust, shall we?

isn't there a FWD SR20DET ?? I'm not sure....

Actually, I live in Asia and parts aren't that hard to come by over here. Which is why I'm considering this swap. An Evo swap is just too damn expensive.

mod edit: please do not double post! ~Sparticus
