Default spark plugs

I have a 98 Tib with intake, header, exhaust, and a BBTB. I'm going to get the magnacore wires from HP.com but i don't know which plugs are the best. Which do you all recommend? Thanks

Yup.

Between the half dozen of us that are still remaining from the original THC and later on FXTreme, the NGK V-power copper plugs are the best you can get for the Tiburon.

They're cheap, easy to find, always in stock, easy to gap, don't misfire and last for a good 12-15 thousand miles. For $0.98 each, there's nothing that touches them.

What is the opinion of NGK's IX-Iridium series?

i've heard mostly positive things about iridium plugs. honestly, if there are benefits to be received from iridium plugs, it's not worth the cost of $25+ for all four plugs to me. maybe AFTER i have everything else done (i.e. turbo), i'll spring for these.

Ah yes, Fxtreme....

The v copper are definately the best, they don't last as long as platinum or iridium plugs, but they give better performance.

I change mine about every 5k.
