REALLY old photo of RSB, although I never saw one that wasn't chromed like in this pic:
It's not a stock shifter. You don't have to cut the hell out of the baseplate to install a stock shifter. The RSB/SRSS sits very low and has a very fast throw. Look at the baseplate in his photo. It's been cut. Why has it been cut? because it's an RSB/SRSS.

sorry tunershark but its really easy to install any short shifter there is a DIY that explains how to do it. just go and try u will get it trust me its easy.
