Seeing what happened to iheartmyRD's tiburon is makin me think pretty hard lately and im thinking of attempting the swap. Im reading up on the DIYs and such. my buddy is parting out his tib and i could prob get the majority of the stuff from him save the flywheel clutch and tranny.
Plus there are a few guys here in PA not too far from me which im sure i could coerce into helpin me out...methinks it would be a fun project.
Guess i need to learn to drive stick haha

if its free haha... now that im thinkin about the manual swap...im gonna try and focus funds towards that...without the fidanza it should keep me under a grand for the swap. which would be awesome bout three paychecks...might have to pull some overtime

Doooo it! I did it and the car is completely different in all aspects, so much more power and control. One thing to note.. make sure you get a functional throw out bearing, because where I live, not a single place had one by itself, and it sucks to have to buy a whole clutch kit just for the bearing.
