Have you ever actually looked at the Shark Racing Site? They DO make an aftermarket big bore throttle body, actually two different styles.

READ MY SIG. This is for the 2k3 GT.. ANd NO THEY DO NOT HAVE TB FOR THIS CAR. I have talked to Brad and they are not yet out for the US.

Comon people pay attention. IF the BBTB for 2k3 GT was out I would have ordered already.

HMMMM http://www.sharkracing.com/Hyundai/tuscani.shtml

No mention of the BBTB for the 2k3GT rolleyes.gif

He said it is a GT so that means V6. Sorry I missed that detail earlier.

I am not sure what you are talking about, but it sounds like you are talking about the Idle bypass on the throttle body.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry but no.. If you look at the back of the TB the metal seperates the two chambers. The gasket then seals the top section off from the IM.

On the pic imagine everything but the actual 5?mm hole covered. So that top cavity is selaed and only goes to the sensor. What ever it is.
Ill see if I can draw an arrow to what I mean

Sorry people just not paying attention.. Some people have cought them selves the first one got a 5 star but just trying to help out everyone giving out info that seems not to be out there.

READ THE TAG 2003 GT..
ITS A V6 PEOPLE.

The dead give away (besides my tag saying GT)
should have been the DUAL FUEL RAILS..

And if its returnless system then why the return regulator. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Why would both rails be connected. in a loop back fashion.

Comon people. Your throwing things out like "they have the BBTB.. Not for the 2k3GT.

Its a V6 not a 4 banger.

"if its like mine" Its not like yours. You have an I4. Yes you have a retunless system.

SO Like I Said before READ THE POST.

Dixiflatline-

There is a "Regulator" at the end of the second fuel rail, however, there is no fuel line from the end of the second fuel rail going back to the fuel tank.

The fuel comes in from the tank/fuel pump/fuel filter, goes to the first fuel rail, then out of the first fuel rail into a flexiable hose...into the second fuel rail, then it just ends at the end of the second fuel rail with a fuel pressure regulator looking device. The Fuel setup "U" shaped. In one side, on the far side the 2 are connected, and then it ends on the far side of the second fuel rail, but no return line.

The Beta II has the same setup...but just one fuel line going in, and one fuel rail that ends in just a fuel pressure regulator looking device, but there is no fuel return line.

I don't understand the purpose of the "regulator" at the end of the fuel rail since there are no sensors or connectors on it other than a vacuum hose. I can only assume it is a spring loaded device to absorb/dampen fuel pressure spikes as the pump varies it's flow.

The beta II throttle body looks VERY similar to the Delta TB. I do agree that boring it looks like a near impossibility. The large chamber built into the side for the Idle Air Bypass really limits how much it can be bored out, however, Someone sending one to Onpol to have the machineist look at it to confirm would let us know for sure. That chamber really looks like it's bigger than it has to be. I'm hoping the aftermarket can find a way to limit the size of that chamber so that the TB butterfly can be made larger.

Are you sure that's your wife's breast, and not yours?

I followd the fuel system from and too. The regulator is also vacume connected to the IM..
Its very odd.

flexiable hose...into the second fuel rail

On mine its metal.. Defiantly not flexy.
Ill be taking more pics tonight and posting them. THis should clear up a few things or just make it worse.. WHo know's..

Nope wifes boob mine arent as nice.

I hope they did not make two kinds of Delta.. OHH THAT WOULD SUCK..
