Heh--these things are not products or services, they're just names given to certain do-it-yourself projects. A 'Random Special' is simply a certain way of making a cold-air intake that Random did himself, then provided as instructions and an example for others.

When you see something like that you just have to search around here in the forum to see if they have posted a link to some sort of pic or instruction--in the case of the RS CAI it is
