y are the SR ones so god damned expensive? $730 they made outta platinum or somethin? also what makes them so special over reg 4-1 headers?

If I recall correctly, they are a longer-tube psuedo-tuned design with slightly larger primaries (the tubes are bigger around) and a better collector design (where all the tubes meet up)

Realistically, given the BETA's adversity to normally aspirated power, I'm not very sure they're gonna be worth the extra money over a good HVE unit.

SSautochrome has the OBX 4-1 header. I have it on my car and it is definitely worth the money.

I am running with no cat at the moment. Runs hard but the check engine light is on.

hmmm any idea how they compare to the hve or sharkracing headers?

i am considering the obx if people say they are good.

i've heard obx is sh*t. i have their shortshifter and strut bar (pointless). i'm happy with the shifter, but all the mods have advised against their headers. that's my two cents.
