quick question(new question for you random)
Beta I and BEta II(plan to use in my LC) mounts are exactly same correct?
reason why i am asking:
i really want to do the swap and i was thinking that if i can find a local shop that's able to make costum mounts for me(engine and tranny)...
then do you think if i leave my car(1.6L LC) and elantra or a tib with Beta I/II whatever i can find with them will they be able to make them just by taking measurements and looking at those 2 engines and transmissions?

Quick clairification, the mount POINTS on the block are the same, and the tranny mount points are the same, but the tranny mounts themselves are physically different between the 01+ Elantra and I4 03+ Tibby, and the 00 and older elantra and 01 and older tibbies.
WHY?
The 96-00 Elantra and 97-01 tibby have the center longitudial cross brace to mount the tranny to. The 01+ Elantra and I4 03 Tiburon do not have the longitudial cross brace.
01+ Elantra emgine mounts.
Tranny cross brace mounts

I don't know the capabilities of your shop, I can't speak to their skill, or lack thereof.
Yes, a good shop should be able to fabricate chassis mount points for the Hyndai Beta engine and tranny mounts.

Random:
be able to fabricate chassis mount points
are you refering to the complete mounts or certain part of the mount? and if certain part of the mount does that mean i will need to use my stock mounts or woudl it be better to get mounts with/from my future betaII

Fabricating 100% new mounts is WAY BEYOND the capability of 99.99% of shops out there.
You should use the mounts that come with the motor/tranny. You should use the mount points on the engine/tranny. DO NOT attempt to mount the tranny/engine via any other point on the engine/tranny.
The only part that will need to be fabricated is the attachment points to the chassis/frame.
BTW...check the for sale forum. Someone is selling the front clip from a 99 Elantra (A pillar forward). Not only would it give you everything you need (wiring harness, ECU, engine, tranny, sensors mounts), you can SEE how it mounts to help you with your install. There's no reserve on the auction, and it's only going for $15.50 right now. You could pick it up for $150 bucks and sell the un-needed parts like headlights/turnsignals, etc..etc..etc.. and break even on the cost of the clip.

If you get the front clip, it comes with all the sensors and ECU for a MAF setup car. You DO NOT want to run a Beta motor with an Alpha ECU. Wait, let me say that again. YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUN A BETA MOTOR WITH AN ALPHA MOTOR ECU
You will need a Beta ECU or a stand alone to run the motor. The only difference between the beta2 and the beta1 from a ECU perspective, is the ECU, Intake manifold and throttle body.
You could get the front clip and BUY an IM/TB from a beta2 if you REALLY want a MAP sensor, but again, you'll still need a Beta2 ECU (or beta1 if you go maf)
