Default QUAD throttle Body

i saw one at Phantom Racing's website. I asked what it is and what it actually does and he said it's just like having 4 throttle bodies for each cylinder and like having SUPERCHARGER....but no filter...

If I remember right.....HVE originally developed it on the 1.6L accent, and they showed 50% gains in HP. When they tried it on the 2.0L beta, they didn't get good gains so they scrapped the product for the beta (1.8 & 2.0). Last I heard, they did never make it, but I could be wrong. If they say they offer it...they it's out there.

It would be a race only setup, as there is no air filter.

I think they still offer it, but its by request only. They only sell it if your going to use it in a racing application, like Random said since there isn't a filter on it. There used to be a link to a page talking about it when you clicked on their single throttle body in the catalogue...but it looks like thats gone now.

Here's the page I was talking about: HVE Quad Throttle Bodies . It explains why they no longer carry it for regular customers anymore.
