I found this when looking at pulleys the other day guys.

Thought you might wanna see.

Part # ----- OEM lb/oz - UR lb/oz - Model Car
0207101_ _ 4.00/0.80 - 0/10.60 - 96-01 Hyundai Elantra, 97-01 Hyundai Tiburon 1.8L/2.0L DOHC Crank

That's the Part # for the Unorthodox Racing Crank Pulley for our Beta 1's. OEM is the STOCK Pulley weight in Pounds / Ounces, UR is the Unorthodox Racing Crank Pulley in Pounds / Ounces.

http://www.unorthodoxracing.com/wghtcomp.html

That's right.

OEM = 4 Pounds .8 Ounces
UR = 0 Pounds 10.6 Ounces

When I get some weights for the Jspeed ones, I'll put them up, I should be getting it soon.

I just installed the Unorthodox Racing underdrive pulley, the car seems to rev up quicker.

Unorthodox Racing is actually right around the corner from my bodyshop and my boyfriends job. I should go see if they;ll give me free parts laugh.gif

TC, I just emailed them, can you go talk to them about making us a full pulley kit?

I have the UR pulley.. I was amazed how light it was.. even more so when I had the stock one in my other hand and I could compare them.

I know the GIM crank pully was at around half a pound, very close to the UR. The scale I used didn't have ounces on it, but I'd imagine that there are only a couple of ounces (if at all) that seperate the aftermarket crank pullys.

Power steering and the water pump pulley... personally I would buy all three if they offered them as a set... so let them know they have one customer if it works out. wink1.gif
