*UPDATE*

I found the problem. It's not related to the snow drift...

The stock intake hose had detached itself from the manifold. It was offset by about 1/2 inch. I untightened the bracket, muscled the boot back in place, and retightened.

I then reset the ECU, and my engine light shut off.
